NCSC constantly aligns its mode of sales & distribution channel management in lieu of changing customer preferences and market dynamics. At present, it deploys two key distribution sales modalities:
DIRECT SALES- This represents sales NCSC handles by itself via its sales and marketing outlets of Diredawa, Adama and Addis Ababa. This covers sales carried out to end users and Projects, both in domestic or international market;
SALES THROUGH INTERMEDIARIES (Sales Representatives) - This represents sales NCSC handles through sales representatives, contracted outsider distributors and covers the lion’s share of the sales volume of the company.
